Michelle is kind, attentive, and professional. She makes sure to really listen before offering guidance, which makes a huge difference.
I set a virtual appointment for 8am and no one showed up, no instructions were given to join the video call. I called the office 3x and no one answered they called me back 2 hours later “returning my call” scheduled with a different provider for later this week.
